Standard specification:

Double sink with pressurized fresh- and seawater system.

Stowe (gas) with oven and safety guard.

Insulated cooling box, about 130 liters. Divided in two compartments.

Draining board for dishes and cupboards for stowing. Draining hose to bilge.

Five drawer lockers and a cutting board.

Stainless steel freshwater tank, capacity total about 200 l.

Electric operated gas valve and manual gas valve.

SAFETY

GAS VALVE

Maestro 40 is equipped with electric gas safety valve system. Valve is located in gas bottle chamber and is operated remotely from galley.

 

Gas bottle attachment varies.

 

Secondary gas valve is manually operated and is located under oven.

 

 

 

 

FIRE BLANKET AND FIRE ALARM

As standard equipment galley has fire blanket mounted to locker door.

Easy access and quick release are important safety factors.

Fire alarm is located to saloon roof.

 

 


 


 


 

 

 

 

CONTINUOUS VENTILATION WITH SOLAR VENTS

At cabin roof above galley is located one solar vent. When sun is shining solar cells charge batteries and run vent. At night time vent is driven by batteries.

 

LED-light for solar vent is optional.
